From out of the darkness that was his football-less life, Flying Fortress manager, Tex, emerged with a ferocity that led him to victory after victory taking his franchise to The D League playoffs in his first ever season. The combined skill of DeMarco Murray, Jordy Nelson, and Aaron Rodgers made a seemingly unstoppable force that brought a reckoning down upon White League in 2014. Harkening back to the devastating might of the Boeing B-17 bombers of WWII, Tex named his franchise “Flying Fortress.” A stone tower representing the strength of his team emblazoned with a red headed pinup girl, named Roxanne, symbolically links Tex’s team to one of the greatest American weapons of The Second World War. Victory, it seems, is well within the grasp of Flying Fortress!
